UK Orders £10 or below are despatched by UK standard delivery and current postage rates will apply.
Larger items are despatched using Royal Mail Parcel Post for mounted prints or Fedex 24hr tracked delivery service for framed items. These parcels are tracked at various points along the network so if there is ever a problem regarding a delayed delivery, we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Please be aware that although we use a tracked 24hr delivery service, some orders may take longer to arrive, usually due to the location of the delivery address (including BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, ZE, and some FK, KW, PA, PH, and PO post codes).
Please review your order at checkout where the designated shipping rate will be applied.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item/s within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com stating that you would like a refund and also the reason for the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of your returned item/s. Please note, we cannot refund bespoke purchases or commissions.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable and any returned items must reach us in an unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present and in a re-saleable condition.
In the event that the item/s is/are received damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We will also refund your return postage. Please return your items to the address below:
